Let’s get personal! You’ll have an initial consultation with one of the team so we can really get to know you, your challenges, and your goals.
Initial Consultation
Our 12 week all-inclusive programme is completely flexible, and will consist of weekly meetings with your dedicated team, made up of a nutritionist, trainer, and therapist, all of which are in constant communication.
